Build Your Own After Image

You can easily build (make) your own AFTERImage health tool, or buy one of our health and optimal performance Products. Either way, you WIN!


Note: Existing non-correctable vision problems (e.g., color blindness) or neurological processing problems may limit or inhibit desired results.


How to Build

This will take you about two minutes:




1)
Obtain the following:
  • White letter-size paper
  • A circle template
  • A fluorescent (yellow-green) flow pen (available in most all stores)
  • Or simply just draw a circle the approximate size




2) Use the fluorescent (yellow-green) flow pen to fill in the 1 1/4” (32mm) circle, so that the circle is visible on the white paper. Try to make your strokes even, so that the color on the circle does not appear streaked and dries evenly.





3) Your AFTERImage tool is complete! That’s it – and it is just as easy to use.

Note: Benefits will begin almost immediately, but true Alpha State (brain synchronization and blissful relaxation) usually takes place between the third and fourth weeks of use. Believe me, you will know when it happens.


Time required each day: about four to five minutes over a two to four week period

Conditioning Instructions

  1. Use either a natural daylight background or standard lighting to clearly illuminate the AFTERImage tool. Avoid shadows or reflections on the image.


  2. If prescribed, always use spectacles.


  3. In a quiet location, focus on the yellow-green circle at a comfortable distance holding your paper or card gently, approximately 90 degrees and 12 inches from your eyes.


  4. Within 5 to 10 seconds, a violet-indigo corona (margin) will appear floating around the circle.


  5. Continue to focus directly on the center of the yellow-green circle for one minute.


  6. Close your eyes, turn away from the light source, breathe normally and relax. Within a few seconds, you will see a small violet-indigo afterimage. The afterimage may appear for 10 to 20 seconds. The size and appearance time will increase with use.


First Week


Use the above afterimage Conditioning Instructions for one minute, repeated three times each day: (a) In the morning, preferably after breakfast, (b) Following lunch, and (c) In the afternoon, preferably between 3:00 to 5:00 pm, or whenever you can.


Second Week


Increase your afterimage focus time from one minute to two minutes, repeated three times each day. After two weeks, you may begin to spontaneously see the violet-indigo color. This is a normal conditioning effect.


Third and Fourth Weeks


Continue as above for two minutes, repeated three times daily, AND when settling in to sleep at night, focus on the yellow-green circle for two minutes. Use a light or bed-lamp behind you before relaxing into slumber for “strengthened conditioning.”


Upon waking, try to keep your eyes closed, gently drift into consciousness and then open your eyes. Stretch your muscles while lying on your back and awaken slowly.
